Return Policy
Our return/exchange policy extends for 30 days from the item's receipt. Orders returned after this period won't qualify for refund or exchange and may be returned to the customer at their expense. The item must be dispatched within 30 days, with proof of postage. To qualify for a return, items must be unopened, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
If the return does not qualify for free return, a service fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted.
To initiate a return, email support@infantryco.com with the subject 'Returns,' providing your order number, name, and reason for return. We'll furnish instructions on where to send returned items.
Customers are advised to obtain proof of postage to prevent "lost package" scenarios. Note that customers bear shipping costs for returned items. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you'll receive a confirmation email detailing the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed, and credit will be applied to your original payment method promptly.
